A diversified Tanzanian group built on one standard

Dome Ventures Group began as a small advisory practice in Dar es Salaam, helping Tanzanian companies structure, finance and grow. Working alongside those clients revealed a pattern: strong local demand met by fragmented, inconsistent supply.

Rather than advise from the sidelines, the founders began building operating businesses of their own — first in property, then agriculture, industrial supply, mining, logistics and water. Each one was set up as a company in its own right, with its own leadership and brand.

Today the group holds eight businesses. What connects them is not an industry but a standard: deliver what you promised, on time, to a quality you would be comfortable putting your family name on.
